Brazil and Argentina will play in Qatar today


he Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) today announced that the selection of Brazil and that of Argentina will play a friendly in the Qatari capital, Doha, on November 17 this year.
The selection of Mano Menezes will face the team who may then proceed under the leadership of Sergio “Checho” Batista in his third game in charge of the “albiceleste”. The last meeting between the two selected finished 3-1 for the Brazilians.
Batista has a responsibility to turn the record of confrontations between Argentina and Brazil, in 93 games, it gives 37 for the Cariocas, 33 for the Argentinean team and 23 draws.
Previously, the two confederations had agreed to commit two friendlies per year, one in each country.
